What You'll Do

  • Coordinate Comprehensive Care: Serve as the main point of contact for patients, managing high-value, multi-year treatment plans ($125k+) with precision and care

  • Support Patient Journeys: Guide patients through consultations, follow-ups, and treatment schedules, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience

  • Drive Membership Growth: Promote and sell practice memberships, helping patients access exclusive benefits and services

  • Master Front Office Duties: Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint

  • Grow Into Case Closures: Train to confidently close cases and support patients in making informed treatment decisions
