Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-focused care and will thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive dental care, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments.
  • Perform advanced procedures such as molar root canals, surgical extractions, and dental implants.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

What Were Looking For:

  • Active DDS or DMD license (Wisconsin).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience (new graduates with strong skills will also be considered).
  • Proficiency in molar RCTs, surgical extractions, and restorative dentistry.
  • Experience with cosmetic dentistry and implant procedures is a plus.
  • Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and communication skills.
