Our client is currently on the hunt for a stirring Architect with a solid background in the technical scope to join their team. This practice is an award-winning RIBA practice that specializes in residential, retirement housing and care homes.

The Role:

As a part of the design and build technical team you will be tasked with overseeing projects and play a crucial role in providing effective guidance on environmental and regulatory aspects.

Requirements:

• Revit - essential.
• 5 years min of post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in RIBA Stages 3-6.
• Familiarity with NBS specifications.
• Ability to produce high-quality working drawings.
• Experience in detailing and design implementation.
