Exciting Practice - Architectural Technologist

Our client is a RIBA accredited Chartered Architectural Practice renowned for top-quality consultancy, design, and service with a diverse and grand project portfolio. The Role:

They are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Architectural Technologist to join their expanding office. You will be working alongside Architects and other Technologists, creating detailed technical drawings for building regulations, construction drawing packages and tenders. Your role will also include assisting colleagues and attending site visits.

Responsibilities:

Able to demonstrate strong design ability with an emphasis on technical design. You will be an organized team player, able to operate well under pressure, and possess knowledge of UK Building Regulations and at least 2 years' worth of proven site experience.

You will lead projects, working on RIBA Work Stages 4-6. 

Update project programs, research products and systems, provide on-site technical support to clients and/or contractors.

Liaise closely with clients on meeting budget and quality standards.

Requirements:

5+ years post-qualification experience in professional practice.

Proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD and Revit (preferred)

Evident construction knowledge and practical understanding of common construction methods.

Keen eye for detail.
