With offices situated across the North East, our client is looking to take on an experienced Architectural Technologist at their office in North Yorkshire. Their work specialises across a lot of commercial projects, however you will have the opportunity to flex your skills across a plethora of different sectors. The company in question expects capable demonstrations of good planning application drawings, pre-app work as well as detailing packages. Although site experience won't be a prerequisite it would certainly help in the application process.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • At least 3 years of UK-based experience on commercial and mixed-use

    projects.

  • Strong technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of building regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is advantageous but not required.

  • Capable of conducting surveys, initial appraisal schemes, concept layouts, and final planning layouts.
  • Skilled in creating planning and Building Regulation drawings.

  • Solid understanding of CDM Regulations.

  • Ability to work precisely to meet deadlines, collaborating effectively with team members and external consultants.
  • Knowledgeable about current Planning and Building regulations for package planning and submission creation.
  • Experienced in preparing and managing tender packages.
