About the Role

We are momentarily hiring an experienced Graphic Designer to join the team of a leading residential projects studio based near Southampton. With over 50 years producing some of the UKs finest residential developments and mixed-use communities, our client prides itself on bringing together a strong and enthusiastic team of professionals. We seek a candidate with a keen sense of design and a true love for architecture. In this position, you will collaborate with project leaders and architectural teams, lending your creative talents to develop various presentation materials. Your contributions will range from presenting plans and similar drawings to visually represent project material in documents, public exhibitions, and brochures, all vital to helping clientele realise architectural aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate innovative ideas swiftly and execute them with precision.

  • Thrive in a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with project leaders, architectural, and urban design teams.

  • Contribute creative expertise to develop presentation materials.

  • Assist in crafting plans, coloured drawings, documents, public exhibitions, and brochures.

  • Play a pivotal role in realising architectural visions.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Graphic Design.

  • Capacity to independently manage tasks and collaborate within a team, seeking assistance when needed and contributing ideas.

  • Strong focus on detail and ability to propose creative concepts with effective visual presentation.

  • Skill in meeting challenging time constraints.

  • Exceptional communication abilities with colleagues and other departments.

  • Proficiency in Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Interest in Architecture is beneficial but not obligatory.

  • Familiarity with social media is advantageous but not obligatory.

  • Exposure to 3D rendering programs helpful but not obligatory.

  • Convenient on-site parking available free of charge.
