About the job Senior Structural Engineer
Our client, with decades of engineering expertise, tackles some of the most complex technical challenges, delivering innovative solutions from concept to completion.
They are currently in the market for a Senior Structural Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct concept and feasibility studies for multi-discipline design projects.
- Deliver design work, perform inspections, and provide site support.
- Utilize Tekla, TEDDS, and IDEA StatiCA, and perform hand calculations.
- Prepare documents such as calculations, CDM activities, material specs, and technical reports.
- Coordinate inter-discipline design and mentor team members.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience.
- Reinforced concrete and steelwork design experience.
- Degree in Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng).
- Strong technical design skills with proficiency in British and international standards/Eurocodes.
- BIM knowledge.
