Objectives:

Ensuring a sustainable future for heritage buildings and landscapes.

Generate income from rural enterprises including tourism, leisure, energy, consumer, and commercial projects.

Balance access and environmental improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for a brilliant snr planner who will deliver a portfolio of client projects across rural land and property. You'll be involved in business development, building and maintaining client relationships and navigate and address various planning disciplines.

Must Haves:

Must be a chartered planning professional or experienced planner with 5+ years' post-qualification UK experience.

Proven track record in business development and project delivery.

Passion for meeting client needs.

Competence and confidence to deal with a range of planning disciplines.

Understanding of rural planning issues highly desirable but not essential.
