Architect

Our Client is looking for an Architect with a minimum of 5 years' post Part 3 experience, ready to take on challenging and diverse projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and cultural.

About the Role 

You'll be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, demonstrating exceptional design flair, technical proficiency, and project management skills. Collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams will be key to delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design briefs, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop and communicate design concepts through sketches, drawings, and presentations.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on technical and design aspects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

About You 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit,.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Experience working across various project stages, from concept design to construction.
