JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a skilled maintenance technician/handyman with minimum 2 years experience within the property management industry (multifamily, single-family, condos etc.). The successful candidate must have "hands-on" experience in residential maintenance repair, remodeling or construction background, organizational skills and is task oriented. Job requires travel between properties for maintenance calls and purchasing/ordering materials to complete repairs. Maintenance work includes repairs to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, flooring, painting, etc.. Represent Zenith/High Point positively, promoting client satisfaction with timely responses, maintaining highest standards of cleanliness, dress, professionalism and courteous interactions with owners/tenants at all times.

This is an in-person onsite/mobile position with an office that is a positive, fast-paced, family environment offering professional growth, training and advancement opportunities. Anticipated work schedule is Full-Time, Flexible Hours with Overtime Pay available.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 Years Residential Handyman Experience
    High School or Equivalent Preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Own and drive a reliable properly insured vehicle for use in business transportation needs
  • Own and utilize proper tools as needed for repairs
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to speak, read & write English and communicate effectively
  • Required drug screen and background check reflecting no harm or safety convictions
