Zenith Properties NW, LLC, Clark County's Premier Residential Property Management and Real Estate Brokerage Firm, is seeking an Experienced Sales Professional to become our Business Development Manager.


Zenith Properties has built an exemplary reputation, backed by a strong referral network, resulting in over 550 middle/upper tier Single Family Properties currently under our management in Southwest Washington State. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Professional who will leverage and expand Zeniths existing and robust referral pool network, drive leads and close!

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

  • 3 Years Sales Experience with a proven track record of growing sales and building lead flow
  • Comfortable with intermediate math concepts
  • Zenith Properties' Core Value Match (highlighted below)

PREFERRED:

  • Skilled negotiating contracts with a strong desire to gain real life experience in contract creation, reviewing and editing
  • Property Management Experience
  • WA Landlord/Tenant Law Knowledge
  • 4-year Degree in Business, related industry, or equivalent experience

DESIRED:

  • Marketing Experience
  • Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Experience
  • Tech Savvy with LeadSimple and/or AppFolio Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As the Business Development Manager, you are the primary driver for acquiring new Owner Clients with rental properties to manage
  • Negotiate and draft Management Agreements for new clients that align with Zeniths client profile and profitability targets
  • Develop and/or bring positive business relationships with a healthy network to drive referrals
  • Develop and execute initiatives for cold lead sourcing
  • Confidently pitch services to lead sources
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager on lead generation, ensuring marketing campaigns have a positive ROI
  • Confidently master LeadSimple CRM and follow guidelines for lead response time and lead nurturing
  • Has the ability and motivation, within first year of employment, to become a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington

COMPETITIVE SALARY AND FULL BENEFITS INCLUDE:

  • Guaranteed Base Salary* $50,000 - $60,000 + Generous Bonus Structure
  • Earning Potential of $100,000 - $125,000 within the first year

*Competitive compensation offered based upon qualifications and dependent upon proven sales experience. Performance bonuses and other benefits available after 90 days. The anticipated work schedule is full-time on-site, with participation in after-hours response being required. Successful completion of assessments, reference checks, pre-employment drug test and background screen will be required as part of the hiring process.
