Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
• Oversee and guide the agile development team, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and ensure the team delivers high-quality products.
• Track project progress and performance using agile metrics and reporting tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching the team in agile practices.
• Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and other project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
