Summary
We are looking for dedicated JC / Secondary School Tutors to deliver group tuition classes for JC / Secondary School students at Zenith's various tuition centres islandwide. You are responsible for guiding students to learn and understand the lesson materials and preparing them for examinations. Your role involves teaching, preparing lesson materials, offering consultations, attending training, and, generating and increasing leads.

You are a charismatic and confident individual with the ability to empathise and keep your students engaged, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and teach weekly group classes
• Prepare lesson materials for the department
• Handle academic queries, assist in registration, and arrange for make-up classes
• Conduct student consultations outside of class time. Understand, answer, and clarify all of the student queries on an as-needed basis
• Attend and contribute during company and department meetings
• Manage events i.e. open house and crash courses

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and understanding of A / O Level Syllabus in relevant subject
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to empathise with students and teachers
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and fast learner
