Finance & Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, account payments, and payroll.
Assisting the financial management team with control processes, budget planning, audit reports and expense analysis.
Maintaining a digital and physical record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.
Assuring daily financial and administrative tasks with the management team.
Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies, and updating inventory.
Compiling financial data to prepare monthly reports.
Preparing presentations and documents
Managing travel arrangements
Finance & Admin Assistant Requirements (skills and qualifications):
A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field.
A minimum of 2 years experience working as a finance & admin assistant or similar.
Excellent analytical skills and financial prowess.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
High ethical standards of behavior, good judgment, respect for others, confidentiality and attention to detail
Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
Decision-making skills to work autonomously and manage specific tasks
Communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels
Advanced knowledge with data entry software, such as Excel or Sheets
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
Portuguese and English communication skills (oral and written).
Teamwork and collaboration.
