About the Role

Work on exciting ERP implementation projects in the Production, Retail, or Distribution areas, providing consultancy to various customers on our range of software business products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide consultancy services during projects, following the TotalSoft implementation methodology to manage, control, and communicate project tasks effectively
• Analyze and understand customer business requirements, determining how TotalSofts Charisma ERP can address them through collaboration with team members and the Product Management team
• Ensure complete documentation of the proposed solution for internal and external review, aligning with project objectives to minimize cost and risk
• Configure Charisma ERP to meet customer needs and support the testing process internally and with the customer
• Manage project issues and risks to ensure smooth project execution, escalating concerns as needed
• Assist customers in planning, documenting, and testing solutions to ensure functionality aligns with specifications
• Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live support, ensuring final project acceptance within two months of go-live
• Log, track, and resolve all project issues during and after the project lifecycle
• Handover completed projects to the customer service department upon final system acceptance
• Identify future opportunities or phases of the project, assisting the sales team in positioning and selling additional TotalSoft products and services
• Participate in internal project reviews to ensure adherence to procedures and processes within the implementation methodology
