About the Role
We are looking for a Business Consultant HCM to work on implementation projects for HR & Payroll solutions, providing both consultancy and technical expertise to clients. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring the Charisma HCM solution, and ensuring an efficient implementation. You will also play a key role in training users, customizing the system, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR consultancy to clients using Charisma HCM during implementations
- Analyze business requirements and configure the solution based on client needs
- Set up payroll modules, accounting notes, and reports
- Maintain client relationships and offer post-implementation support
- Archive and manage documentation for each implementation phase
- Monitor HR legislation and ensure compliance in client implementations
- Train users and support report generation using Charisma HCM
- Participate in internal project reviews to ensure best implementation practices
Requirements
- Experience in HR & Payroll processes and in software solution implementations
- Client-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of labor legislation (an advantage)
- Excellent planning, communication, and documentation skills
- Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken)
