About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Manufacturing and Construction to lead and manage one of our strategic verticals. You will be responsible for the verticals overall performance, strategy, team, and profitability, aligning initiatives with the companys broader goals. This role is ideal for a curious, innovative, and people-oriented leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, building impactful products, and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate with multifunctional teams including product managers, business analysts, developers, and consultants to shape next-generation ERP solutions tailored to the manufacturing and construction industries.
Responsibilities
- P&L Management: Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue/profitability goals for the industry vertical
- Strategic Planning: Drive business growth both financially and geographically through strategic initiatives, working closely with the commercial team
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, opportunities, and competitor landscape to identify new growth areas
- Product Development: Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure delivery of innovative, high-quality ERP software aligned to industry-specific needs
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, in partnership with HR, by supporting professional development and team motivation
- Sales and Marketing Support: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs to evaluate progress and make data-driven decisions; oversee post-implementation services including billing, collections, and account management
- Compliance: Ensure alignment with industry regulations and standards
Required Skillset
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience managing an industry vertical or equivalent in a software development environment
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong leadership capabilities and ability to inspire high-performing teams
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
