We are looking for a Sales Manager ERP Financial Services to drive business expansion in local and international markets. This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the full sales cycle, and closing high-value deals for ERP solutions in financial services. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for ERP solutions in financial services.
- Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on asset financing and consumer credit firms.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client needs and position ERP solutions effectively.
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
Required Skillset
- 5+ years of experience in ERP software sales for financial services.
- Proven track record in managing full sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, BI, or risk management solutions.
- Deep understanding of financial industry regulations and technological needs (leasing, consumer credit).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working in international markets is a strong advantage.
