About You
With Health & Safety front of mind at all times, you understand that yours and your workmates Health & Safety is priorty 1, 2 and 3 - accordingly you live H&S as your way of working, not just a check-list item to be ticked off.

You're reliable, motivated and proactive, and your references will speak to you being an absolute people-person with a strong professional communication game, both written, verbal and in soft-reading fast-moving situation.

Managing your time whilst navigating multiple demands doesn't phase you, and you're absolutely at-home using KPI metrics and SLA-driven service outcomes to help you prioritise your tasks, engergy and focus to deliver quality service on time, and as expected.

Whether it's working from home, or based out of an open-plan office amongst your team, you contribute to both your own, and your wider team's success. 

You're always focused ahead, and proactively look ahead to see when things are going to get tough ahead of time.

When things do get tough, you are absolutely fine to put your hand up and ask for help, or escalate issues - because you know that delivering first-class service is a team effort, and you jump in to help your teammates when they put theirs up.

A Day in the Life of an outstanding CSR
  1.  Ensure all work (including yours and that of others) is performed in a safe manner. 
  2. Client Relationship Management
  3.  Contribute to client-SOP's development and maintenance
  4.  Respond to queries, email, phone or ticketing system.
  5.  Develop strong relationships with Key Customers & Clients.
  6. Perpetuate a positive, proactive, team based culture.
  7.  Contribute to Continuous Improvement activities, embracing  coaching, training and development opportunities.
  8. Participate in daily, weekly and monthly team meetings
  9.  Work with your managers and team leaders to develop personal and professional goals - and review progress at scheduled review dates.
