They run a high-volume, specialized delivery model — dedicated teams structured by clientele vertical — currently supporting around 50 retainer clients plus a steady pipeline of one-time flow setup projects.They're at the stage where founder-led sales is the bottleneck, and they're ready to bring closing in-house to unlock that growth.
About the Role
We're hiring a Sales Closer to take qualified inbound calls off the founder's plate and convert them into signed deals. You'll work directly with the founder (and their sales mentor) as the primary closer on cold-traffic leads, owning the full close from first call through signed agreement. This is a high-autonomy, performance-driven seat for someone who already knows how to sell into e-commerce.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Close qualified inbound calls generated from cold paid ads
Run a full closing cycle: confirm your own calls, send pre-call reminders, handle no-shows, and follow up persistently until the deal closes or fizzles out.
Manage multi-touch deals many closes take two to three weeks and several conversations
Hit and hold a 20–30% close rate on cold-traffic calls
Track pipeline and report on call volume, close rate, and revenue
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven closing experience selling into e-commerce — agency services, e-com email, CRO, or paid ads (non-negotiable; no e-com background, no fit)
Comfortable with tickets in the $3K–$7K range
Self-driven operator who owns their own follow-up and call confirmations
Clear, confident communicator who can hold the line on qualification and price
Available to take calls during U.S. business hours

Contract Type: Independent Contractor
- Working Hours: 9-5 EST
Base Salary: $2,000–$3,000/month
Performance Bonus: 10% commission, escalating with volume; on-track earnings target $5,000–$7,000/month
