About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing email marketing agency delivering high-converting campaigns for multiple E-commerce DTC brands. They operate in pod-based teams, equipping Account Lead with a full team, locked and loaded, experienced, and ready to execute.

About the Role:

We are hiring a Remote Account Lead to own client communication and lead an internal team of  copywwriters, designers, and implementation specialists.This is for a client-facing operator who aims to serve clients and thinks in strategy and communicates in outcomes. We're looking for someone who can own an account end-to-end — the relationship, the roadmap, and the results.

**What you'll actually be doing:**



- Owning client relationships from onboarding through retention

- Orchestrating email + SMS strategies that move revenue (not just open rates)

- Giving clients the best service imaginable

- Keeping your team on-task, on-time, and efficient

- Keeping accounts healthy, growing, and renewed

- You are obsessed with the details and always on time

- You see a gap in a client's strategy you fill it

- Think offensively so you never have to be on defense

- You bring the insights, not just the reports

- You own the relationship, not just the deliverables

- You are always one step ahead, and thinking about second and third order consequences

- You have the experience to know that client retention is as much about great service as it is performance

- No hand-holding required.

**You'll thrive here if you:**

- Know Klaviyo well

- Have e-commerce experience and can speak the language

- Communicate with speed and precision — to clients and internally

- Are obsessive about the details

- Think in frameworks but move without bureaucracy

- Are fluent in the tools: Slack, Asana, Google Suite, Claude, and Claude Code

- Agency experience is mandatory

**You won't be doing this alone.**

Every Account Lead at GrowthPointe is equipped with a full team, locked and loaded, experienced, and ready to execute. Head of Strategy, copywriter, design, deployment, project manager.

Your core support includes a dedicated Implementation Specialist — your right hand, your second brain, your extra set of arms. They build what you blueprint.

**What we offer:**

  • Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones.
  • Contract Type: Full-Time, Remote B2B Contract
  • Salary: $3750-$5850/month depending on experience and seniority
  • Revenue share based on client retention
