About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare and wellness company operating in the GLP-1 and weight management space. Having scaled to eight figures in revenue, the company is focused on building world-class systems, optimizing customer acquisition, and expanding its marketing capabilities. They are looking for a highly strategic Creative Strategist to help unlock new growth opportunities through innovative advertising and creative testing.
About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Strategist who can identify, develop, and scale winning advertising concepts across paid acquisition channels, specifically Meta. This role will focus on combining customer research, market insights, and performance data to generate new creative angles that drive measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate understands direct-response marketing, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and can consistently develop compelling creative ideas that translate into profitable campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative strategies for paid acquisition campaigns.
Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to uncover new opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance data and identify new creative directions.
Create detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, agencies, and production partners.
Collaborate closely with media buyers and marketing stakeholders.
Test, iterate, and optimize creative concepts based on real-world performance.
Develop new messaging frameworks, hooks, offers, and campaign angles.
Coordinate with external agencies and creative vendors when needed.
Contribute to the development of scalable creative systems and processes.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Creative Strategy, Paid Social, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role.
Experience within healthcare, wellness, DTC, subscription, or eCommerce brands
Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and customer acquisition.
Experience managing creative development for Meta/Facebook campaigns.
Ability to conduct deep research and transform insights into effective marketing concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience creating creative briefs and managing creative production workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U.S. business hours.
Contract Type: Remote contractor.
Compensation: $5,000–$7,000 USD/month depending on experience and qualifications.
