About Our Client 
Our client is a California-based, industry-leading omnichannel marketing agency for cannabis, peptides, supplements and high-risk ecommerce brands. They specialize in paid media, high-converting creatives, landing pages, and full-funnel email and SMS systems, helping brands scale revenue while remaining compliant across major advertising platforms.

About the Role

We're not looking for someone who can launch a campaign and call it a day. We need an operator who can scale a $50/day test into a 7-figure account, knows why a 2.1 ROAS on Meta might actually be a 3.4 blended ROAS once you pull the Triple Whale data, and isn't scared off the second a peptide or mushroom brand hits the docket.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • A portfolio of 5–10+ ecom brands across restricted and high-risk verticals
  • Scaling Meta campaigns from $1k/day to $20k+/day without lighting cash on fire when CPMs spike
  • Testing roadmaps — creative angles, hooks, audiences, LP variants — and actually reading the data afterward
  • Briefing the creative team on winning UGC, statics, and VSL-style ads
  • Landing page CVR — heatmaps, scroll depth, advertorial vs direct-to-PDP, CRO experiments
  • Clean reporting via Triple Whale, Hyros, or Northbeam — and knowing when the in-platform numbers are lying to you
  • Business Manager hygiene across multiple ad accounts, pages, pixels, and domains


MUST-HAVES

  • Minimum $3M+ in personally-managed Meta ad spend (be ready to show screenshots)
  • Proven experience in restricted verticals — supplements, peptides, cannabis/CBD, nootropics, mushrooms, or similar. You know what gets flagged, how to write compliant copy that still converts, and how to keep accounts alive
  • Attribution fluency — Triple Whale (preferred), Hyros, or Northbeam. You understand MER, nCAC, post-purchase surveys, and why blended beats platform-reported
  • Landing page CVR chops — you can look at a page and tell us why it's converting at 1.8% instead of 4%
  • Creative judgment — you can brief ads, not just spend on them. You know the difference between a hook problem and a body problem
  • A testing brain — hypotheses, significance, learnings. Not "vibes"

Offer Details:

  • Contract Type: 1099 Contractor

  • Working Hours: Remote, U.S. hours (PST, EST, MST, or CST)

    Compensation: We pay $700 per client + 3% client's adspend, Our media buyers make anywhere between $10k-$25k. You'll own 5-10 client accounts.
