About Our Client
Our client is a performance-driven advertising agency specializing in lead generation and customer acquisition for agencies, info businesses, coaching brands, consultancies, SaaS companies, B2C apps, and related industries.
What sets them apart is how they operate. Every client account runs inside AI-powered systems built around Claude Code, combining creative strategy documents, swipe libraries, memory systems, and custom workflows designed to improve performance with every campaign launched.
They are now looking for a Creative Strategist to lead creative output across multiple client accounts and play a central role in scaling winning campaigns.
About the Role
As a Creative Strategist, you will own the creative direction and execution across a portfolio of lead generation, SaaS, coaching, and B2C app accounts. You will work closely with media buyers to transform performance insights into high-converting ad concepts, funnel assets, and creative strategies.
This is a highly strategic and execution-focused role suited for someone who understands direct response marketing deeply and thrives in a fast-moving, async-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and script 5–10 ad concepts daily across multiple client accounts.
- Develop creative for cold and retargeting audiences across formats including UGC, testimonials, founder-led ads, listicles, native ads, and story-based creatives.
- Lead creative strategy initiatives including persona research, angle testing, hook development, and format diversification.
- Write detailed creative briefs covering messaging, positioning, offers, mechanisms, hooks, and CTAs.
- Produce conversion-focused copy for landing pages, VSLs, thank-you pages, sales pages, and funnel assets.
- Collaborate directly with media buyers to identify winning patterns and scale successful concepts.
- Participate in client-facing communication including weekly updates, creative reviews, and strategy calls.
- Provide occasional support across additional accounts when needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience writing direct response ads at scale for lead generation, SaaS, coaching, DTC, or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of customer awareness, buyer psychology, positioning, offers, and direct response frameworks.
- Excellent copywriting skills across ad copy, hooks, CTAs, VSLs, and landing pages.
- Ability to think strategically and build long-term creative testing roadmaps.
- Experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-powered creative workflows is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with building swipe libraries, memory systems, prompts, or AI-assisted creative processes is a strong plus.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to thrive in an async remote environment.
- High standards for execution, attention to detail, and ownership.
