Our client specializes in helping e-commerce brands in the 7-8 figure revenue range grow their businesses through effective email & SMS marketing. Our approach combines high-quality work, outstanding client results, and a team-oriented culture that values personal happiness and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Build Email Strategies: Campaign plans tailored to each client.
Send Weekly Reports: One per client, every week, no skips. Show wins, issues, and ideas.
Lead Monthly Calls: Be the strategic guide. Clear next steps every time.
Own Client Growth: Push accounts toward better resultsdont just coast.
Oversee Execution: Make sure emails are actually going out. No one should be forgotten or falling behind.
QC & Scheduling emails: Once an email is in Klaviyo (or the sending platform) you will be in charge of scheduling emails.
Goals for an Account Manager:
Retention - Making sure that our churn rate is less than 10%. We are able to keep this less than 10% by providing a high
quality, white glove service, while driving amazing results!
Client Growth & Satisfaction - The best agencies have two things, great results & amazing communication (communication is more important).
Team Management - You should be able to oversee execution of the emails from our team. Managing them and ensuring that all client deliverables are shared and sent on time!

Compensation
Salary: $3500 - $4000
Bonus Structure
- 7.5% bonus off ALL backend sales
This could be flows, additional campaigns for a month
