About Our Client
Our client is one of the fastest-growing ecommerce performance creative agencies for e-commerce brands, with a team of A-Players. They have had £5M+ spent on their creative across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok ads. They are one of the few D2C creative agencies with an in-house design, production, and strategy team all under one roof.
About the role:
We're looking for a talented and experienced Creative Graphic Designer to join a growing team. You'll play a key role in producing static assets for social media advertising, with a strong emphasis on creative performance, branding, and design systems tailored to eCommerce clients based on Direct-Response marketing design principles.
You'll work across a diverse portfolio of D2C brands, helping develop ads that not only look great but also convert. This is a remote, fast-paced, collaborative role ideal for someone who understands the intersection of visual creativity and paid performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design static graphics for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
- Create compelling visual concepts and iterate based on performance data and client feedback. Designs must be based on getting customers to convert.
- Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment that include (but not limited) creating and improving internal processes and systems within the design department to improve efficiency.
- Use and train on the latest AI software and trends (experience is a strong advantage), including having technical knowledge of these systems.
- Optimize creatives based on performance insights (CTR, ROAS, thumb stop, etc.) and understand how to iterate based on this data.
- Apply design psychology when creating creatives for D2C brands to drive conversions, illustrating understanding of principles such as Ogilvy on Advertising and breakthrough advertising.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in digital graphic design, ideally in a performance marketing or eCommerce context.
- Proven track record of developing successful creative campaigns that drive results for ecommerce products and brands using Direct-response marketing design principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma (other tools may also be used).
- Experience designing for Meta and TikTok Ads (static) and understanding of platform-specific creative best practices to convert viewers into buyers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance ads, social graphics, and branding work.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of AI systems (Higgsfield, Nano Banana)
Offer Details (working hours, contract type, salary):
- Remote role
- Salary: $3000 - $3500
- Working hours aligned with BST (for European hires) or ET ( South American hires)
