Our client is an email & SMS marketing agency helping DTC brands scale profitably. They've already generated over $5M for their partners and are on track to double that this year. They're lean, fast-moving, and obsessed with delivering top-tier results for the brands we work with.
We're looking for an A-level Email Account Manager someone who brings it every day, stays on top of their stuff, and thrives when they've got a lot on their plate.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the relationship with 6-10 eCommerce clients (mostly 7-8 figure brands)
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution for email campaigns & flows inside Klaviyo
- Manage a pod of 2-3 teammates (designers, copywriters, tech) to get campaigns out the door on time
- Jump on Zoom calls with clients to review strategy & performance
- Monitor account health, analyze results, and continuously optimize for better performance
- Keep everything running smoothly, on schedule, and above expectations
What were looking for:
- 2+ years hands-on email marketing & account management experience (Klaviyo is a must)
- Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing & email conversion principles
- Experience managing small teams or pods
- Comfortable leading strategy and making data-backed decisions
- Organized, reliable, and responsive you don't let things slip through the cracks
- Clear communicator (both written and verbal)
- Agency experience is a huge plus
Working hours & Compensation:
- Fully remote, flexible working environment, must be available 9 AM 5 PM EST to work in sync with the clients and team
- $3,500-$4,000
