About The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will oversee 8 client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of personalized email marketing strategies. This role involves managing campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, writing compelling email copy, and collaborating with designers to create visually appealing emails. You will plan and maintain monthly content calendars, track performance metrics, and deliver detailed client reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Klaviyo Account Management:
Oversee and manage up to 8 client accounts, ensuring consistent updates and improvements.
Write compelling email copy using proven frameworks and AI tools.
Develop 37+ flow emails for new clients and 24 campaign emails weekly, focusing on strong headlines, CTAs, and structure.
Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing emails in Figma (no design work required).
Campaign & Flow Execution:
Schedule and manage email campaigns in Klaviyo, including subject lines, preview text, and split tests.
Implement approved emails into flows and optimize results through split testing.
Monthly Campaign Calendar:
Develop and maintain a content calendar featuring holidays, product launches, and promotions.
Ensure all emails are approved, designed, and scheduled ahead of deadlines.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor split test results and document key findings.
Provide weekly progress and insights reports to clients.
Deliver end-of-month performance reports summarizing achievements.
Client & Team Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for client feedback and revisions.
Coordinate with designers and leadership to ensure timely approvals and execution.
Skills and Qualifications:
Able to execute flawless copy, design, and campaign scheduling
Develop new email angles to enhance client results and address challenges while maintaining high performance
Strong communication to clearly present ideas, updates, and findings to clients and teams
Strive for continuous improvement and client satisfaction and take ownership of mistakes and proactively seek solutions
Fluent in English (C1) to effectively communicate with clients and team members
Proven experience in email or digital marketing, preferably in a client-facing role and agency experience
Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms is a plus
Strong writing and organizational skills
Our Offer:
Full-time, fully remote
Pay Range: $2200- 2350 USD
Working Hours: 9-5pm EST hours
Freelance (independent contractor) role; youll be responsible for your own taxes
