Overview


Were looking for a high-performing sales closer who can sell, build, and scale our B2B sales system. This role is not just about hitting targetsits about taking ownership of our sales pipeline, optimizing processes, and eventually growing a team.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience Ideally in real estate, home improvement, or related industries.

  • Self-starter Must be able to build and manage a structured sales process from the ground up.

  • Process-driven mindset Experience with HubSpot CRM, pipeline management, and sales automation.

  • Strong closer Ability to handle complex, high-ticket deals with multiple decision-makers.

  • Leadership potential Should be ready to transition into a Sales Manager role once the pipeline is built and performing.


New Candidate Expectations:

  • Immediate impact They should be able to configure the sales process, then begin selling.

  • Ownership This hire builds the sales system, then executing deals, not just following an existing process.

  • Scalability Once the pipeline is working, they will train and onboard new sales reps.

Purpose: A process-driven hire who builds the system, and ongoingly optimises it while selling.

Employment Type: Full Time

Remuneration: Base + Commission

  • Base is paid fortnightly

  • Commissions are paid on a monthly basis
