Role Overview:
We are looking for an Outbound Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for launching and managing cold email campaigns daily. Ideally, you have experience in B2B outbound marketing and are passionate about driving results. Youll play a high-level role in the company, ensuring that each campaign is built with quality and results are delivered consistently each week.
Responsibilities:
Training/Shadowing:
Learn the companys processes and strategies by going through the provided assets and shadowing key team members, including calls with the team to understand the "why" behind each strategy.Developing Campaign Thesis:
Review onboarding forms from clients and create a targeted thesis for campaign development, including copywriting. For existing clients, when a campaign reaches 60% completion, brainstorm new ideas based on results.Managing/Launching Campaigns:
Continuously launch new campaigns as soon as a new client signs or when a current campaign nears completion. Keep the conversation flowing with clients to ensure alignment on whats being produced.Communicating with the Team:
A key part of this role involves keeping the team updated on campaign performance. Whether something is broken, not working, or needs improvement, communicate these issues to the team and contribute ideas for improvement.- Daily Team & Administrative Tasks:
Team Communication:
Check in with the team daily to share updates and discuss tasks.Deliver Work on Time:
Monitor notifications (via Slack) for new clients or campaigns needing updates.Creating SOPs & Improving Workflows:
Document your work to help build scalable processes for future team expansion. Provide feedback on improving workflows and processes.

Consume All Content & SOPs:
Review the cold email resources, videos, SOPs, and courses provided to understand the companys methods.Shadow the Team:
During your first 1-3 months, focus on shadowing the team to observe campaign building, client interactions, and daily operations. Learn best practices from the start.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Experience in B2B outbound marketing and managing cold email campaigns.Critical Thinking & Problem Solving:
Ability to manage operations, solve challenges, and optimize processes to improve client outcomes.Communication & Innovation:
Keep the team and clients updated on your work. Always look for opportunities to refine processes and challenge the status quo.Honesty & Humility:
Be open about when youre stuck or need help. Acknowledge mistakes to resolve issues quickly and strengthen team collaboration.Attention to Detail:

Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and team members.
Proven experience in cold email campaigns and lead generation.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Frame.io) is a plus.
Compensation and working Hours:
Base Salary: $2,000 - $2,500/month
Additional: Retention-based pay for consistent performance and long-term success
Type: Remote, Full-time, Freelance, or B2B contract
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, aligned with EST (Flexible working hours)
