About the Role:

Are you an expert in Google Ads, passionate about scaling campaigns and driving revenue growth for eCommerce and lead generation clients?

As a Google Ads PPC Specialist, youll work alongside elite PPC strategists, managing high-budget accounts across diverse industries. Youll lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube Ads, Demand Gen, and more; pushing performance boundaries through data-driven insights and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advanced Google Ads strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Manage multiple campaign types, including Google Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube Ads, and Demand Gen.

  • Optimize budget allocation to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and utilize third-party tracking tools (e.g., Hyros, Triple Whale) for performance insights.

  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and scale account performance.

  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to clients and collaborate with fellow PPC specialists on high-level strategies.


What Were Looking For:

  • Deep expertise in Google Ads with hands-on experience managing large-budget campaigns, YouTube Ads knowledge is a huge plus

  • Strong background in eCommerce and lead generation, with proven ability to scale accounts

  • Experience with tracking solutions such as Hyros and Triple Whale

  • A strategic thinker who understands both the technical and business aspects of Google Ads

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to break down complex insights for diverse audiences.
