Our client is a leading consultancy firm specializing in supporting NDIS providers across Australia. They offer services such as NDIS registration, audit support, policy development, and regulatory compliance. Their mission is to simplify the complexities of the NDIS, enabling providers to focus on delivering quality care.

Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Slide Deck Designer to enhance and standardize the visual quality of our clients presentation materials. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to transform raw content into polished, visually engaging, and cohesive slide decks for live workshops, client training sessions, and internal resources. This is a long-term, part-time freelance opportunity with the potential for consistent, ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance slide decks to improve visual appeal and readability while adhering to brand guidelines

  • Standardize presentation templates, including title slides, bullet-point slides, and detailed content slides

  • Create and maintain a library of reusable slide templates for future use

  • Incorporate appropriate graphics, images, and color schemes to bring presentations to life

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand content requirements and deliver slide decks that meet their needs.

  • Revise and update existing slide decks as needed to maintain consistency and quality.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation tools

  • Strong graphic design skills, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and color

  • Experience creating professional slide decks for educational or workshop purposes

  • Basic understanding of branding principles

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication (English C1) and collaboration abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Adaptability to work with content experts who may provide raw or unpolished material

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience designing slide decks for training, workshops, or webinars

  • Familiarity with the NDIS or regulatory environments (not mandatory but a plus)
