About the Role
As a Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing high-converting cold email campaigns to help clients generate leads and book sales calls. This role requires a deep understanding of outbound marketing strategies, data research, and email copywriting. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, build targeted contact lists, write compelling email sequences, and monitor campaign performance to optimize results. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and launch cold email campaigns tailored to client objectives.
Research and understand client offers, target audiences, and industry goals.
Build targeted contact lists using data providers such as Apollo, StoreLeads, and Crunchbase.
Write persuasive cold email scripts following the companys proven framework.
Enhance lead data with AI enrichments using Clay.com when needed.
Upload and manage campaigns within the system to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary updates and optimizations.
Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign progress and key results.
Perform additional tasks related to cold email outreach and lead generation as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, or outbound sales.
Strong understanding of cold email strategies and best practices.
Familiarity with data sourcing tools (Apollo, StoreLeads, Crunchbase) and AI enrichment platforms (Clay.com).
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (C1).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work EST hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing outbound email campaigns in a B2B setting.
Knowledge of sales automation tools and CRM systems.
Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of persuasive messaging.
The offer:
Full-time, fully remote (preferred Polish candidates)
Working hours: aligned with EST hours
Salary: $2,500-$2800/month
