About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing Facebook Group marketing agency helping businesses generate leads and grow communities through social media strategy and engagement. They currently manage 300+ active clients through a pod-based remote team structure and are investing heavily in AI, automation, and operational innovation to scale their services and internal systems.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly talented AI Engineer who is deeply passionate about emerging technologies and enjoys building innovative products from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who constantly experiments with new AI tools, builds personal projects, and stays at the forefront of advancements in artificial intelligence, automation, and software engineering. You will play a key role in developing internal tools, AI-powered workflows, automations, and new solutions that improve both client delivery and internal operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with curiosity, creativity, and a genuine excitement for the future of AI. We are particularly interested in engineers who spend their free time building projects, testing new technologies, and actively exploring the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, tools, and internal systems.
  • Develop automation workflows that improve operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
  • Build prototypes and production-ready solutions using modern AI models and APIs.
  • Create integrations between various software platforms, marketing tools, and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities where AI can create business value.
  • Continuously test and experiment with new technologies, frameworks, and development approaches.
  • Contribute to software architecture, engineering best practices, and scalable system design.
  • Document solutions and support adoption across internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong software engineering background with experience building and shipping real-world applications.
  • Demonstrated passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Extensive experience building personal, freelance, startup, or open-source projects.
  • Hands-on experience working with modern AI tools, models, and development environments such as OpenCV, Viktor, Claude Code, AI coding assistants, LLM APIs, and related AI ecosystems.
  • Experience building AI agents, automations, workflow orchestration systems, or AI-powered products.
  • Experience developing integrations, automations, and workflow systems.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel and other marketing technology platforms.
  • Understanding of marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, or agency environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ownership mindset.
  • A genuine curiosity about the future of technology and a habit of staying current with the latest AI developments.

Offer Details

  • Fully Remote
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Salary: $4,000–$5,000 USD per month
