About Our Client

Our client is a world-class email marketing agency committed to delivering unparalleled service and results. Their mission is to be the best in their field, providing top-notch solutions that drive success for their clients. They pride themselves on expertise, innovation, and a strong dedication to excellence.

The opportunity

We're looking for someone to own our paid acquisition — to take Meta and our marketing engine and make it theirs. The pieces are already in place: we have the strategy, the offers, a static designer, a video editor, and a team that handles delivery. What we need is one person to own the engine that turns ad spend into booked calls with ecom brands — and to grow with it.

This is a real ownership role with real support. You won't be doing everything alone, and you won't be buried in tasks — you'll be running the function, with a team behind you and the autonomy to make it work. Our founder currently carries this himself; he's looking for the person who can take it off his plate and run with it.

If you've run paid media and you like owning the whole picture — not just one slice of it — we'd love to talk to you.

What you'd own

Meta, end to end. You run the ad accounts — structure, campaigns, audiences, budget, optimization — and you own the outcome: a cost-per-qualified-call you can trust from cold paid. This is the heart of the role.

The funnel that ads feed into. When your ads are working but something downstream needs a tweak — a headline, a landing page section, a new variant of the VSL page — you can go make that change so you're not stuck waiting on anyone. You're not our landing page designer and you don't need to be — but being able to make quick adjustments yourself keeps the engine moving. Bigger builds and heavy design? You've got people for that.

Creative, with a team to execute. You decide what gets tested and brief it to our designer and editor — they're there to bring your ideas to life. You set the direction; they handle production. If something small needs to ship quickly, it helps if you can put together a rough version yourself, but the heavy lifting isn't on you.

The connecting pieces. You'll work with Tarun on VSL scripts and angles, with the sales team on context, and set up the light automation (lead routing, the Klaviyo/Zapier plumbing) that gets qualified calls to the right people cleanly. Nothing heavy — just keeping the machine connected.

The throughline: you own the engine, and you've got the team and the autonomy to run it well. You're not on an island — you're the owner with support.

What's already handled (so you can focus)

  • Strategy, positioning, and offers — Tarun's got this. You're not figuring out the business; you're running the acquisition engine inside it.

  • Sales — a dedicated closing team handles the calls you generate.

  • Client delivery — a separate team owns client work. This role is about growing Arcady, not servicing clients.

  • Production — a designer and an editor are there for you.

You're stepping into a setup that's built to support you, not one where you're starting from scratch.

Who we're hoping to talk to

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience running paid media — ideally Meta — in a DTC, agency, or performance setting, with real spend behind you.

  • Like owning the whole picture — you enjoy seeing how ads, funnel, and creative connect, not just managing one piece.

  • Can make a quick change yourself when needed — a landing page tweak, a creative variation — without it being a whole project.

  • Are comfortable (or can get comfortable) in Meta Ads Manager, and have touched tools like GA4, Klaviyo, a page builder, or light automation.

  • Like to ship. You'd rather get something live and improve it than polish it forever in a deck.

  • Want to own and grow into a role, with support along the way.

Not sure you check every box? If you've run paid and you're the kind of person who figures things out and likes owning outcomes, reach out anyway — we'd rather talk to you and find out together.

How we work

We're an AI-first, efficiency-driven company, and we lean on tools — LLMs, automation, whatever helps — to move fast and let a small team punch above its weight. We'll expect you to use them too, and we'll support you in getting the most out of them. That's part of how this role works as one person owning a lot, with help.

What success looks like

First 30 days: Meta account live with structured campaigns, first creatives running, and an early read on cost-per-qualified-call — even a rough one. We'll build the baseline together.

By 60 days: Account tightened up, landing pages iterating on real data, creative flowing (~15+ new hooks/month), and clear weekly reporting that ties spend to calls booked, held, and opportunities.

By 90 days: A model you can forecast with — spend in, qualified calls and revenue out — hitting a cost-per-qualified-call target we set together. And the start of a playbook, so the team can scale under you.

We set these with you, and you'll have support hitting them. They're the destination, not a test you face alone.

Comp & growth

Base: $8–10k/month, depending on experience. For the first 90 days it's a flat base while we build the baseline together — then we design variable comp from real numbers (likely a percentage of incremental cold-paid revenue, plus milestone bonuses).

Where it goes: as paid scales, this role can grow into Head of Growth, with a media buyer reporting under you. Something to build toward.

The one thing that matters most to us

Resourcefulness. More than any single skill, we're looking for someone who — when something's in the way of the result — treats it as theirs to solve, and figures it out. You'll have support, a team, and the autonomy to do it. We just want someone who likes owning the outcome. If that's you, let's talk.
