About the Role

Yze Group, is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Acquisitions Associate to join our growing real estate investment team. This is a commission-based position designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, underwriting, and closing distressed real estate opportunities across the states

You will work directly with the Principal, gaining real-time exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate acquisitions—from deal sourcing to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify distressed real estate opportunities across the states (multifamily and retail assets)
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, and industry professionals
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to uncover off-market deals
  • Assist in underwriting deals, including financial analysis, rent comps, and valuation
  • Support due diligence efforts and deal execution
  • Track leads and opportunities through internal systems
  • Attend property tours, meetings, and negotiations with the Principal

  • 100% Commission-Based (Initial Period)

  • After an initial 2-month evaluation period, high-performing associates will be considered for a transition to a base salary plus bonus structure, in addition to commissions

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly driven, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong interest in real estate investing and acquisitions
  • Comfortable with outreach (calls, networking, in-person meetings)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset (financial or real estate background is a plus, not required)
  • Willingness to learn and work directly with leadership
