Your Opportunity:

We are rapidly growing and looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the B2B space. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and professional company, where you will play a key role in building and expanding the marketing department and implementing the companys marketing strategy.

The role will be guided by an external CMO.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and messages across various channels, including social media.
  • Managing the marketing funnel and working closely with the sales team to generate leads.
  • Coordinating and managing marketing activities and events in collaboration with customers and partners.
  • Participating in business events and exhibitions.
  • Writing and managing the company's newsletter.
  • Managing inbound and outbound marketing.
  • Working with third-party suppliers for SEO, content, PPC, and more.
  • Overseeing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across email, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Tracking campaign performance and providing analytical reports for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining the company's branding.
  • Reporting marketing progress and milestones to management.
  • Keeping up-to-date with technology trends and market developments.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in the marketing field.
  • Over 3 years of previous experience in B2B marketing, either in-house or at an agency, preferably within technological sectors.
  • At least 2 years of experience in inbound and outbound marketing.
  • Previous experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Experience in creating targeted content for different audiences at various stages of the marketing funnel, including emails, banners, videos, testimonials, etc.
  • Previous experience in organizing and participating in events, meetups, and client conferences.
  • At least 3 years of experience in creating content focused on social media platforms.
  • Experience working with AI tools.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in Hebrew is required.
  • Curiosity, fast thinking, and out-of-the-box problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • The company's offices are located in Tel Aviv and Haifa, with the possibility of remote work and the need to come to the office twice a week.
