You are:

- Available for 8 hour shifts five times week.
As a CS Representative, you will:
- Verify future users who want to join the SafeUP community.
- Respond to live chats with users
Communicate with customers through various channels. - Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information on company CRM.
- Work as part of a team to respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues.
- Have additional projects as they relate to the scope of work for the product
