We are seeking a skilled and experienced head of R&D to lead our dynamic development team. As a
leader, you will set the strategic direction for R&D initiatives, oversee project teams, allocate resources,
and ensure that research activities align with the company's goals and objectives. The role requires a
deep understanding of the industry and technological trends and the ability to work across technologies
and levels of detail

Requirements:
Mandatory experience:
o R&D Experience:
Team leadership - at least 5 years management roles.
Hands-on - At least 10 years hands-on development roles (Full stack / Backend)
Experience with projects from initiation to reliable and scaleable production
o Strategic Planning: Develop and communicate a clear R&D strategy aligned with the
company's overall goals and vision. Identify areas for research and innovation that can
lead to business growth.
o Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the
ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
o Collaboration: Foster collaboration between R&D teams, cross-functional departments,
and external partners, such as universities, research institutions, and vendors.
o English speaker - fluent
Advantage:
o Experience with hardware controllers and their programming.
o Experience with communication protocols.
o Experience with AWS, EKS/k8s, React (web and mobile web), MongoDB, Time Series
Databases
o Experience with ML infrastructure
