Your Opportunity:
We are rapidly growing and looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and professional company, where you will play a key role in building and expanding the sales and business development activities in order to implement the companys strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Over 3 years of previous experience in sales & business development, ideally within the tech industry.
- Experience working with decision-makers at the C-level.
- Experience working in an organized and precise manner with CRM systems.
- Experience creating and managing a sales funnel and conducting meetings independently.
- Experience working with LinkedIn.
- Experience working with contracts.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Hebrew is required.
- Curiosity, fast thinking, and the ability to think outside the box.
- The company's offices are located in Tel Aviv and Haifa, with the possibility of remote work and the need to come to the office twice a week.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities in the market.
- Creating relationships with potential clients and recruiting them.
- Building a network of strategic and business connections.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Handling sales agreements and contracts.
- Reporting sales progress and milestones to management.
- Analyzing sales data to identify improvement areas.
- Keeping up-to-date with technology trends and market developments.
- Collaborating closely with HR and CSM teams for recruitment.
- Bringing ideas for product and service improvements to team meetings.
- Managing records and documenting sales activities.
- Using CRM systems to track sales activities and generate periodic reports for management.
- Deep understanding of the company's sales and business development processes to support decision-making.
- Reporting directly to the CEO.
