We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team. As a
Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our
products, particularly focusing on dashboard design and data visualization systems.
Youll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to
create intuitive, visually appealing, and functional interfaces.
Responsibilities

1. Design New Products and Modules: Create new modules for existing systems,
ensuring consistency with the overall product design language.
2. Review and Suggest Flow Fixes: Analyze existing system flows and identify
areas for improvement. Propose fixes to enhance usability and streamline user
interactions.
3. Intuitive UI Elements: Design intuitive and easy-to-use UI elements.
4. High Fidelity Mockups and Prototypes: Generate high fidelity mockups and
interactive prototypes.
5. Design Patterns and Basics: Establish design patterns, guidelines, and best
practices for the systems.
6. Design Review and Explanation: Review your designs with the team, explaining
the rationale behind your decisions.
7. Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers to align designs
with technical feasibility.
8. QA and Acceptance on Design Implementation: Conduct design quality
assurance during development.
9. Active Participation in Product Meetings: Attend product and sync meetings to
understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements.
10.User Feedback and UX Improvements: Gather inputs and comments from
customers and end-users. Continuously improve the user experience based on
feedback and usability testing.


Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience designing dashboards, data visualization
systems, and complex interfaces.
Portfolio: Showcase a strong portfolio of relevant work, including examples of
dashboard designs and data visualizations.
UX/UI Skills: Strong skills in both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI)
design.
Tools: Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools).
Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions
and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to solve design challenges creatively and adapt to
changing requirements.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and consistency.
