We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Technical Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing strategic client partnerships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Leverage your understanding of modern technology stacks to identify client needs and recommend tailored IT talent solutions. (Experience working with startups is a plus!)
- Utilize your sales and upselling expertise to secure new projects and maximize client value.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placement and project execution.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and develop solutions to exceed client expectations.
- Foster a deep understanding of the customer journey and implement strategies to optimize client experience.
- Employ high-level negotiation skills to secure favorable client contracts and pricing.
- Stay up-to-date on best R&D practices and utilize this knowledge to identify new growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful upselling, consistently exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success manager or account manager role.
- Proven success in sales and upselling within a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of a variety of modern technology stacks and IT trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client goals.
- Basic understanding of how recruitment works and the value proposition of IT outstaffing.
- Analytical mind with the ability to identify and solve client problems effectively.
