Position: QA Manual

YozmaTech is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Manual to join our growing team on a full-time basis. As a QA Manual, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they are released to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough manual testing of software products to identify any defects or issues

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements

- Report and track defects using bug tracking tools

- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues

- Continuously improve and update testing processes and procedures

- Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential quality issues

- Communicate testing progress and results to project stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in manual software testing

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices

- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla

- Familiarity with agile development processes

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus
