You have a proven track record of building strong communities within the tech and entrepreneurial sphere, fostering strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

You are a dynamic Marketing Community Manager who can spearhead our community-driven, affiliate, and digital marketing initiatives.

You have a deep understanding of the tech industry, particularly the Israeli startup ecosystem. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers.

2. Responsibilities

Community Development and Engagement: Create and organize events, webinars, and virtual summits to build a lively community around YozmaTech's brand and services. Proactively identify and address market trends and needs.

Affiliate Management: Identify and engage with high-tech leaders and C-level executives relevant to YozmaTech. Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to generate leads and business opportunities.

Driving Business Growth: Collaborate with the business development team to streamline a pipeline, leveraging the power of the community, affiliates, and digital marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Social Media Management: Manage YozmaTech's brand presence on social media. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Content and creative: Produce creative assets for community events and work closely with the design department to ensure consistent and compelling branding. Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation and distribution. Oversee the creation and management of website and blog content in Hebrew and English, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging.

4. Requirements

- Proven experience in community building and management within the tech and entrepreneurial ecosystem, preferably from an accelerator or VC.

- Demonstrated success in managing affiliates, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving business growth through community initiatives.

- In-depth knowledge of the tech industry, with a strong focus and connections in the Israeli startup ecosystem.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with C-level stakeholders.

- Experience organizing and executing successful events, webinars, and virtual summits.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business development teams to streamline pipelines and drive revenue growth.

- Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and trends across various platforms, with proficiency in social media management.

- Strong creative skills and experience producing compelling visual assets, branding materials, and marketing collateral.

- Expertise in email marketing, including newsletter creation and distribution.

- Proven ability to create and manage website and blog content in both Hebrew and English, ensuring a consistent brand voice.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the success of community and marketing initiatives.
