We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Middle Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Middle Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the role;
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates;
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience;
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers;
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates;
- Manage the candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process;
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruiting resources to build a pipeline of potential candidates;
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies;
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the outstaff companies;
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions;
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- English Upper-Intermediate or higher.
