We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Middle Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Middle Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the role;
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates;
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience;
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers;
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates;
  • Manage the candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruiting resources to build a pipeline of potential candidates;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies;
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the outstaff companies;
  • Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions;
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • English Upper-Intermediate or higher.
