Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Experience in recruiting both technical and non-technical positions

Experience working in outstaffing companies

Proactive and results-oriented mindset

Strong communication skills

Upper Intermediate level of English

Creativity and initiative

Ability to identify red flags during candidate interviews

Would be a plus:

Experience working with foreign markets

Experience working with Israeli clients and candidates

Brand management experience

Expirience as a sales manager

Responsibilities:

Conducting the full recruitment cycle, including planning, sourcing, selection, interviews, and contract negotiation.

Managing documentation and using systems such as CRM, Jira, Confluence to ensure efficient recruitment processes.

Maintaining a high level of communication with clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and identifying their needs.

Building and enriching the company's candidate and client databases with high-quality profiles.

Identifying potential red flags and making informed decisions during the candidate selection process.
