About the Business Development Representative role:

We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to manage partnerships with companies in the renewable energy sector, focusing on solar, wind, hydro, and batteries, across the Netherlands, Germany, Scandinavia, Italy, and Spain. Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct market analysis to identify strategic partnership opportunities and generate leads in the renewable energy sector.
  • Client Outreach and Relationship Management: Engage with Hiring Managers, Human Resources Managers, and Managing Directors through sales calls and business meetings to understand their recruitment challenges, job specifications, and hiring procedures.
  • Strategic Negotiations Handling: Explain terms and conditions to potential partners, agree on fees, and finalize collaboration details.
  • Guide Existing Clients: Work with our Talent Acquisition Specialists in order to fill in the job opportunities at existing clients. Introduce the candidates to the clients, lead the conversation and collaborate with the hiring manager.
  • Strategic Business Development: Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business development operations. 

About You:

  • Sales or business development experience with clients in the technical domain.
  • Proven ability to turn "no" into "yes."
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
  • Eager to learn and develop professionally.
  • Proficiency in English, with Dutch and German being highly preferred.
