Role Requirements:
3+ years of digital agency experience (virtual assistant, marketing, etc)
3+ years working with clients from the United States, UK, Canada, or Australia
Experience with client and team management
Experience with interviewing and hiring candidates
Experience with a variety of CRM tools and tech savvy (ideal experience with Clickup, Quickbooks Online, Google Suites, Linkedin)
Responsibilities:
Client & Team Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clientsbuilding relationships, running monthly check-ins, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
VA Oversight: Manage and support virtual assistants working with clientsensuring performance, offering feedback, resolving any issues, and keeping deliverables on track.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and placement of talent to match client needscollaborating with the recruitment team to maintain a strong bench of quality candidates.
Professional Development: Design and implement a professional development program to upskill VAs, support their career goals, and ensure theyre equipped to take on more complex client work.
- Process & Quality Assurance: Build and refine repeatable processes across our core service linesensuring high-quality, consistent service delivery in:
Virtual Assistants
Recruiting
Bookkeeping
- Internal Operations: Collaborate with the founders to improve operational workflows, SOPs, and documentation as the business grows.

Create a detailed process on Clickup outlining how to onboard a new Virtual Assistant Clients
Create training materials for clients on how to manage and work with their Virtual Assistant
Identify gaps in our Client Onboarding & Management for all services we offer
