The Opportunity
The incoming Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for refining and executing the company's long-term growth strategy. This includes driving operational performance, enhancing profitability, and leading tuck-in acquisitions and market consolidation efforts.

Key Priorities

• Lead company-wide P&L, people, and performance
• Expand EBITDA through operational excellence and pricing optimization
• Guide strategic M&A and oversee post-acquisition integration
• Improve driver retention, safety metrics, and customer service KPIs
• Maintain investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance
• Cultivate a high-performance, team-oriented leadership culture

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven track record as CEO/President/COO in asset-based transportation or logistics
• Experience operating in PE-backed environments, with Board-level reporting
• Strong understanding of regional truckload dynamics, fleet management, and route economics
• Demonstrated success in M&A execution and integration
• Financially fluent and metrics-driven; comfortable managing through KPIs
• Based in or open to relocation to Nashville, TN
