On behalf of our clienta confidential venture creation platform structured similarly to a modern Bell Labswe are conducting a global search for ambitious interns seeking hands-on experience in company-building at the frontiers of science, technology, and capital.

The client operates a sophisticated venture lab model, launching and scaling transformative startups in biotechnology, AI-driven discovery, clean manufacturing, and digital health. Backed by proprietary university IP, global scientific partnerships, and deep R&D funding expertise (including SR&ED), the platform is architected to support breakthrough innovation with intelligent capital.

The Internship Experience

Interns will work directly with the founding team and senior advisors across 23 active venture platforms. This is not a theoretical placementyou will be actively involved in the creation and scaling of real companies.
Your work may include:

  • Scouting technologies across global university IP databases

  • Mapping emerging markets in biotech, AI, and synthetic biology

  • Supporting SR&ED-eligible R&D processes for grant-backed startups

  • Designing go-to-market experiments and rapid prototyping

  • Writing investor memos, term sheets, and helping structure spinouts
